Please read our refund policy carefully:
- Service-Based Projects (IT, Software Development, Digital Marketing):
- Once the project scope, deliverables, and timelines are approved and the work has started, refunds are not applicable.
- For advance payments, refunds can only be considered if the project has not been initiated.
- SaaS Products & Subscriptions:
- SaaS subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds will not be issued for partial months, unused features, or unused subscription periods.
- If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Since ad spends are directly allocated to platforms like Google, Facebook, etc., refunds are not possible once campaigns are launched.
- If any prepaid amount for service fees has not yet been used, partial refunds may be considered.
- Custom Software Solutions:
- For custom projects, payments made toward milestones are non-refundable, as they cover work already completed.
- Refund Request Timeline:
- Any eligible refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date by writing to our official support email.
- Final Decision:
- Jabnex reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests based on the situation and proof of service usage.
