Refund Policy

At Jabnex, we work hard to deliver high-quality IT services, software solutions, SaaS products, and digital marketing services. However, we understand that situations may arise where you might request a refund.

Please read our refund policy carefully:

  1. Service-Based Projects (IT, Software Development, Digital Marketing):
    • Once the project scope, deliverables, and timelines are approved and the work has started, refunds are not applicable.
    • For advance payments, refunds can only be considered if the project has not been initiated.
  2. SaaS Products & Subscriptions:
    • SaaS subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds will not be issued for partial months, unused features, or unused subscription periods.
    • If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
  3. Digital Marketing Campaigns:
    • Since ad spends are directly allocated to platforms like Google, Facebook, etc., refunds are not possible once campaigns are launched.
    • If any prepaid amount for service fees has not yet been used, partial refunds may be considered.
  4. Custom Software Solutions:
    • For custom projects, payments made toward milestones are non-refundable, as they cover work already completed.
  5. Refund Request Timeline:
    • Any eligible refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date by writing to our official support email.
  6. Final Decision:
    • Jabnex reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests based on the situation and proof of service usage.
